As the New Year sets in and many of us start setting big resolutions, forming new habits and plotting out goals…it can be all too easy to jump on the bandwagon of gym memberships and diets galore. What we forget is that life isn’t a one size fits all world. We are unique from our family history to our own bodily constitution and it’s up to us to learn how to foster intuitive, supportive relationships with the food we eat, the way we move our bodies and the way we praise and/or shame our choices.
